Species have a lot of danger from humans. Whenever they conflict with humans they got killed. Endangered species in china increases due to a lot of threats. Anhui Musk Deer

Due to serious decline in population they are listed in endangered species. Over exploitation, habitat loss and habitat degradation are the major threats that decline the population endangered animals in china. Population trend is still decreasing. They like to live in broad leave forests and mixed forests. Found in province of china West Anhui.

Moschus anhuiensis is the scientific name belongs to Mammalia class and Moschidae family. They eat lichens about 0.8 kg consume per day. They are most capable to making twins than others. Females are able to do breeding in their first year. Their lifespan is about 12 to 14 years. Their gestation period is about 6 months.

Eld’s deer

Decline in population exceeds to 80% listed as endangered species in china. Due to habitat loss and hunting their population can’t stable. Population trend is going decreasing. Around 15 years required to get them stable. Shifting agriculture, residential and transportation are also considered threats for this deer.

They lost their 50% of population from last 45 years. They are listed as endangered species in china due to forest loss and loss of mature individuals. There are few of mature individuals are left on earth. Hunting is also the major threat that effect the population of this species.

Hylobates lar is the scientific name belongs to Hylobatidae family and Mammalia class. They found mostly in evergreen forests. Semi evergreen and mixed evergreen are also the part of their habitat where they live. They like to eat frugivorous diet like other gibbon species. This diet include leaves, flowers, shoots and insects.

Black Musk Deer – Endangered Species of China

Moschus fuscus is the scientific name belongs to Moschidae family and Mammalia class. They are heavy about 15 kg and 70 to 100 cm in size. Males and females are similar in height and weight. They found in rocky ridges and forest edge. They like to live on high elevation like 2,600 to 4,200m.

They can live around 8 to 10 years. As they are nocturnal so their most activities are done in night. Their mating season start from November and end in December. Mating season continue only one month not more than one month. Gestation period is about six months.Listed as endangered species due to illegal trade and use in medicines. Due to low conservation their population trend is still decreasing.

François’s Langur

Trachypithecus francoisi is the scientific name belongs to Mammalia class and Cercopithecidae family. We can found them in semi tropical forests. Moist tropical and subtropical are also included in their habitat areas. Males are larger in length than females. Males have 55 to 64 cm height and females have 47 to 59 cm.

Males reach their sexual maturity in five years and female reach in four years. They eat flowers, fruit, shoots and bark.

Species hunting is the major threat for them to decline their population and make them endangered species in china. Habitat loss is also the threat for them that can affect their population.
